All of you, working together

Four parts of your health. They grow together.

1

Mind

Your mood, stress and worry

2

Body

How you feel, sleep, move and manage your care

3

Relationships

The people you live with, lean on and love

4

Purpose

What you're living for, and why getting well matters

When one part struggles, the others feel it. When one grows, it helps the rest.

Unfold

Unfold is for anyone living with an ongoing health condition, diagnosed or still looking for answers, who wants to enjoy the life they're living: feeling more at home in their body, steadier in their mind, closer to the people they love, and clear on what matters most.

Three months of one-on-one guidance, built around your body, your life and what matters to you. Guidance from a licensed therapist, not therapy.
